Teslin composite carpet production equipment is a special production line specially designed for PVC/PET leather core composite yarn (70% PVC skin + 30% polyester filament core), the core adopts the integrated process of "raw material pretreatment - leather core yarn wrapping - warp weaving - composite molding - heat setting - cutting and winding". Its core principle is: in response to the needs of Teslin for "high strength and wear resistance, weather resistance and anti-aging", through PVC coated polyester filament to form a composite yarn, through rapier weaving to form a base cloth, and then compounded with the foamed bottom layer/non-slip back layer without solvent, through heat setting to eliminate internal stress, and finally formed into a composite carpet with strong weather resistance, easy to clean, and formaldehyde-free composite carpet, with an automation degree of more than 90%, to meet the needs of outdoor, automobile, home and other multiple scenarios.
