Its core principle is: for the corrosion resistance, high filling characteristics of PVC and PE high toughness and anti-aging, accurately match the temperature control, screw structure and shaping system, melt and plasticize the plastic particles and extrude them through special molds, ensure the accuracy of the pipe diameter through vacuum adsorption/internal pressure shaping, and cut into fixed-length pipes after cooling to meet the needs of multiple scenarios such as water supply and drainage, gas transportation, and chemical anti-corrosion.
